Developmental Spectrums is conveniently located in Pleasanton, which is at the intersection of two major freeways in the East Bay, the 580 and the 680. Our office is in the Stoneridge Office Center complex. We are not located near the mall, but are on the opposite end of

Stoneridge Drive

The main Biomedical treatments are all located in Suite A. The Hyperbaric and Neurofeedback departments are located in Suite C.

There are two waiting rooms in Suite A, one of which is a playroom that is available to children and parents most of the time, except when we are doing an intake appointment in there. The playroom is equipped with lots of toys and books, a small tent to climb in, and a TV/VCR/DVD/Playsation2. We have many DVDs and VHS’s to choose from, but if your child has a special favorite, it is recommended that you bring it.

Inside Suite A is our reception area at the front desk. Always check in with the receptionist when you arrive. To the left of the reception area is the office for our New Patient Coordinator. In her office are all the test kits and supplements that are needed for checking out after an appointment. To the right of the reception area are offices for Ginger, the Clinical/Administrative Director, and Ann, the Bookkeeper/Human Resources Director. They are in charge of making sure that everything at the clinic is running smoothly. Dr. Mielke's office is down the hall. Our two lab rooms, where we draw blood and do IV therapies for our patients, are the last two doors on the left and right of the hall. There is also a conference room that we use for office meetings, among other things.

In Suite C, our largest room houses the Hyperbaric Oxygen chambers. We have soft-sided chambers for rent that go up to 1.3 ATA, and hard-sided chambers that can go to 1.5 ATA and above. Please talk to Dr. Mielke at your next appointment if you are interested in renting a soft-sided chamber. Our website at Spectrum Hyperbarics has more information about this important treatment. Also in Suite C is the office for Dr. Lise’ DeLong, who teaches parents how to do home training in Neurofeedback.

The combination of services offered at Developmental Spectrums is the most comprehensive available in the Bay Area for the wholistic treatment of developmental disorders and related neurologic problems. Please feel free to come by for a tour of our facility at any time.
