Ideas for A Gluten Free / Casein Free menu at Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner…
Note: Please assume that all items are organic and without preservatives (nitrites and nitrates).

 

Breakfast

Hot porridge with ground nuts, seeds, or egg (for rice pudding) mixed in (recipe available)

Rice bread or waffles with nut/seed butter
3
Smoothie with protein powder and nuts/seeds ground in (recipe available)
4
Scrambled eggs with chopped spinach scrambled in and slice of Rice bread or waffle.

Breakfast sausage or bacon and slice of Rice bread or waffle
6
Muffins made with nut flours and vegetables baked in (recipe available)

 

Lunch

1
Left over dinner from night before with fresh vegetables or salad
2
Sandwhich with nut /seed butter or sliced meat with fresh vegetables

Soup with fresh vegetables on the side
4
Scrambled eggs with chopped spinach scrambled in and slice of Rice bread or waffle.

Chili with fresh vegetables on the side

 

Dinner

Chicken, beef, or bean soup with lots of vegetables cooked in.

Vegetarian or meat chili with lots of vegetables cooked in.

Meat stew with lots of vegetables cooked in.

Ground meat tacos or burritos (using corn tortillas) with a fresh green salad and/or grilled vegetables.  Can also be made vegetarian with refried beans instead of meat.

Rice, beans, and guacamole with a fresh green salad and/or grilled vegetables.

Stir fried vegetables with either meat or beans mixed in served over whole rice pasta, quinoa or rice.

Meat loaf with salad or vegetables on the side.

Indian lentils served over rice or quinoa

 

Snacks

Nuts and seeds with a few pieces of raisins or cranberries and a little breakfast cereal mixed in.

Hummus, guacamole, bean dip or nut/seed butters with vegetables for dipping (carrots, celery, cucumbers, snap peas, snow peas, raw zucchini are good choices)

Apple sauce with a little Tahini mixed in; with or with out cinnamon.

Fresh fruit (limit to one piece per day) with nuts/seeds
5
Home made Muffins or cookies made with nut flours and chopped nuts mixed in.

 

Drinks

Water

Herbal teas

¼ Trader Joes Cranberry or Blueberry Juice mixed with ¾ herbal tea and a pinch of stevia
